Located along the water’s edge on Mason’s Parade Gosford, its stunning views of the water and warm reception from staff has always made The Sailing Club a popular destination point for locals and a popular choice for corporate and private functions in the area.
The focus of the design was to revamp and revitalise the somewhat tired space to create a warmer and more inviting venue for both local patrons and visitors.
The clubs interior entails a warm colour palate of creams and browns with the fun introduction of orange in the lounge area to break up the colours and space.
A play on textures throughout the venue helped to break up the space and add visual interest and warmth. With subtle hints to the boat and sailing background of the club, ropes and a bell were incorporated into the playful design of the bar front area.
The new fit out has received a very big tick of approval from locals and visitors alike with completion of the deck area and Boat Shed Bar due for completion by end of this year.
