226 Privacy Screens used for in our Latest Project

That's right! A whooping 226 screens were installed in at the Gallipoli Aged Care Facility in Auburn, Sydney.

Working closely with the mega construction company Lipman Pty Ltd we came up with an installation method which we called the 'Lock & Slot' System. 

This method allowed us to install the custom made frames early in the project and then install the privacy screens towards the end of the project. The frame used brackets with bolts and screws whereby the screens then were 'Slotted' into place and 'Locked' with the bolt.

About the Privacy Screens

For this project we used Aluminium Screens grade #5052. This grade was most suitable for its strength and the ability to bend the edges with ease.

These screens are suitable for outdoor use as Aluminium does not rust and is protected even more after being powder coated. 

We also worked closely with structural engineers to ensure this new method was viable which it certainly was! Lots of structural design has gone into this project.
